This week the focus has been on preparing for Assignment 2 and a number of models and frameworks have been provided to spark ideas for generating the unit of work.


The above diagram provides a great stimulus for integrating ICT’s into lessons and is a good model for sequencing lessons using Blooms Taxonomy.


Here is another diagram with learning experiences linked to Blooms Taxonomy. This diagram has links to ipad activities that can be used to support learning with ICT’s. The link to the Dan Pink talk is interesting! He talks about motivation in the 21st century, and cites current research that links self direction to high levels of engagement and motivation. Certainly makes you think about the way we motivate our students to learn and the possible role of ICT’s….
